Getting started with Jobdrive
What Jobdrive does, how a role moves from Job Description to ranked shortlist, and how to set up your account and read the dashboard.
What Jobdrive does
Jobdrive is an AI-powered recruitment platform that helps HR teams and recruiters screen candidates, conduct preliminary interviews, and identify the best-fit people for a role automatically.
Instead of reading through hundreds of resumes by hand or spending days on back-to-back screening calls, Jobdrive handles the early stages of hiring automatically across four core stages:
-
1. Create a Job Drive
Set up a hiring campaign for any open role. Each Job Drive links to a Job Description and holds all the resumes and interviews for that position in one place. You can run multiple Job Drives at the same time for different roles.
-
2. Screen Resumes with AI
Upload up to 50 resumes at a time in PDF format. Jobdrive reads every resume, compares each candidate against your Job Description, and assigns an AI Rating: Excellent, Good, Average, or Poor. Key highlights from each candidate experience are surfaced automatically.
-
3. Conduct AI-Powered Interviews
Send shortlisted candidates an interview link via email or WhatsApp. Jobdrive conducts the interview automatically, asking 20 questions generated specifically from your Job Description and the candidate own resume in Text or Voice format.
-
4. Review the Interview Report
Once a candidate completes their interview, their report is ready instantly. It includes their AI Rating, written AI Feedback, and the full transcript of all 20 questions and answers, downloadable as a PDF.
Jobdrive is built for HR teams managing multiple open roles, recruiters handling high volumes from job portals like Indeed, Naukri, or LinkedIn, and startups needing to hire quickly.
How it works, end to end
The full Jobdrive hiring process follows a straightforward workflow from start to finish:
-
Step 1 — Create a Job Description
Go to Job Descriptions in the left sidebar, click + Job Description, enter a Job Title, and paste or upload your role details. The AI uses this to rank resumes and generate 20 interview questions.
-
Step 2 — Create a Job Drive
Go to Job Drives, click + Job Drive, select your Job Description, enter a Job Drive Name, and set a Hiring Deadline date.
-
Step 3 — Upload Resumes
Inside your Job Drive, click + Add Resumes to upload up to 50 PDF resumes at a time. The AI begins analysing them immediately.
-
Step 4 — Review AI Ratings and Shortlist
Filter candidates by AI Rating (Excellent, Good, Average, Poor) and review experience summaries to build your shortlist.
-
Step 5 — Send Interview Invites
Set the Interview Type (Text or Voice) and send invites via free email, WhatsApp (1 WhatsApp Credit), or copy the interview link.
-
Step 6 — Candidate Completes the Interview
Candidates answer 20 generated questions on phone or desktop. Their status updates to Attempted or Interview Completed.
-
Step 7 — Review the Interview Report
Open candidate reports in the Interviews tab to view Candidate Details, Job Details, AI Review (AI Rating and AI Feedback), and full Q&A transcripts.
Even after a Job Drive reaches its Hiring Deadline and expires, all candidate data and interview reports remain accessible for future review.

The dashboard
The Dashboard is your first screen after login, providing a real-time snapshot of your hiring activity:
- Recent Interviews Tab: Shows candidates who recently completed or attempted their interview across all drives, displaying Name, Email, Phone, Job Drive, AI Feedback, AI Rating, and Start Time. Search candidates by name or filter using the All Ratings dropdown.
- Recent Job Drives Tab: Lists your recent hiring campaigns showing Job Drive name, Job Title, Job Description preview, number of Interviews, and number of Resumes uploaded.
- Credit Summary (Sidebar): Tracks AI Evaluation Credits used vs total (with a live status showing resumes currently being analysed), WhatsApp Messages used vs total, and the Buy Extra Credits button.
Clicking any candidate row opens their full Interview Report, and clicking a Job Drive row takes you directly into its Resumes view.
