A live AI voice interview costs more to run than a screen or a text interview, so each plan includes a set number and you can add more any time. This keeps the plans affordable for the everyday screening most teams do.
Both, on every paid plan. Annual gives you 2 months free, you pay for 10 months and get 12, and locks your price for the year.
Each message sent on WhatsApp uses one credit. If a candidate messages you, a 24-hour window opens where replies are free, with no credits deducted.
