Jobdrive was not dreamed up in a boardroom. It was built inside Amatec, an automation studio, to solve our own hiring. We were sitting through interview after interview with candidates who never should have reached us, losing days to a process that a machine should have handled. So we built the machine. It worked so well for our own hiring that we turned it into a product.
