Public Link
Every Job Drive has a link you can share anywhere. Candidates open it, submit their resume, and Jobdrive screens them without you touching anything.
What the public link is
A public link is a web address tied to a Job Drive. Anyone with the link can open it. There is no login, no account to create and no form to fill in beyond their own details, so nothing stands between a candidate and applying.
Post it on a job board, put it in a LinkedIn post, drop it in a WhatsApp group, add it to your careers page, or send it in an email campaign. Everything after the candidate hits Submit is automatic.
Where to find yours
The link is created for you when the Job Drive is created. There is nothing to set up.
- Open your Job Drives list, or open the Job Drive itself.
- Find the public link on the row for that drive, or in the banner at the top of the drive.
- Click Copy. The link goes to your clipboard, ready to paste.
The copy control, as it appears on a Job Drive.
Each Job Drive has its own link, so a candidate who opens it is applying to that role and no other. Running three roles means three links, and each one keeps its candidates separate.
What the candidate sees
A short page carrying your company name and logo, the role they are applying to, and a form. They add their details, attach their resume as a PDF, and submit. That is the whole thing.
It works properly on a phone, which matters more than it sounds. Most candidates who see your link in a WhatsApp group will open it on a phone, and an application they cannot finish there is an application you never receive.
What happens after they submit
The moment a candidate submits, Jobdrive runs the whole first stage of screening on its own. You do not have to be at your desk for any of it.
-
You are told straight away
A notification appears in Jobdrive, and an email arrives with the candidate name, the role, and a link to their profile.
-
The resume is read
Name, email, phone, years of experience, roles held, skills, education and a summary are all pulled out of the PDF. Nobody types anything in.
-
The candidate is rated against the role
The resume is scored against the Job Description for that Job Drive, producing an AI Match Score out of 100, an AI Rating band, and an AI Reason explaining the score.
-
You are told again, this time with the verdict
A second email confirms the resume has been processed and carries the AI Rating, so you can triage from your inbox without opening the dashboard.
-
They appear in the Candidates Tab
Parsed, rated and ready. Open the resume, read the reason behind the score, and shortlist, reject or send an interview invitation.
When you get told
| Event | In Jobdrive | By email |
|---|---|---|
| A candidate submits a resume | Yes | Yes |
| Reading and rating finish | Yes | Yes, with the AI Rating included |
Two touchpoints per candidate, so you are never wondering whether anybody applied.
Opening and closing a role
The link follows the state of the Job Drive. While the drive is active, candidates can apply through it. Close or expire the drive and the link stops accepting submissions, so a role you filled in March does not keep collecting resumes in June.
There is nothing to take down and no post to edit. Closing the drive in Jobdrive is enough, even if the link is still sitting in an old LinkedIn post.
Privacy
Candidates submit straight into Jobdrive. Resume files are stored securely and are visible only to the people you have authorised on your account.
The public page shows the role and its description. It never shows scores, notes, other candidates, or anything else from inside your account.
